too fragile broke after two use...sent me also item without all needles...sent after but lost buyer protection...warranty is not certain,,,Now seller says was ordered in august despite i received all only recently ...

This is your order from August, and it's November now. These shouldn't break unless caused by human error. And since you said there were no needles, we immediately sent you replacements free of charge. If you had said the machine was faulty then, we could have resent it.
